In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "62hot", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 62hot online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://62hot.pro.
• "Platform" means the 62hot website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software or services provided by 62hot to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for a 62hot account and uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of both real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other incentive credited to a Player's Account by 62hot subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any wagering product available on the Platform, including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, card games (Sakong, Blackjack), and any other product 62hot makes available from time to time.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by 62hot prior to authorizing withdrawals, which involves the submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and supporting documentation.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a Game outcome via the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a Player's request to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a registered Indonesian bank account or supported e-wallet.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform operations, promotional deadlines, and customer support hours unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.

It is each Player's sole responsibility to comply with applicable local laws. 62hot accepts no liability for a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

To access real-money Games on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Indonesian mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). 62hot may additionally request supporting documentation — such as a photograph holding your KTP or proof of payment method ownership — at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Supported Payment Methods. 62hot currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 1–10 minutes of confirmed receipt by 62hot's payment processor. E-wallet deposits typically settle in under 60 seconds. 62hot does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which 62hot accepts no liability.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable maximums are published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time at 62hot's discretion. Players are encouraged to review current limits prior to initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification (see Clause 3). Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 62hot Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 62hot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks that may extend processing time.

Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 62hot reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation.

62hot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Clause.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable turnover multiplier and eligible Games for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those funds.

Bonus Abuse. 62hot actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting low-house-edge games to fulfill wagering requirements, using automated betting software, or coordinating wagering activity with other players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotional privileges revoked, and 62hot reserves the right to void winnings derived from such activity.

• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered Players on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Reload and cashback promotions are available to existing Players and are subject to separate eligibility criteria published with each offer.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Lebaran, Ramadhan, Independence Day (17 August), and other Indonesian calendar events — are time-limited and subject to stock or budget caps.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry a default wagering requirement of 20x unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.

62hot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in the process of being fulfilled by a Player.

All Games available on the Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each Game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Fair Play. All random-outcome games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the game studio and are not modified by 62hot.

Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.

• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.

Bet Settlement. The settlement of all bets — including sports betting markets — is final once confirmed by the Platform. 62hot reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on corrupted odds, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each Game's interface. 62hot may adjust stake limits at its discretion, including imposing individual Player limits where betting patterns indicate potential risk to the Platform's financial integrity.

62hot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Players. Gaming on the Platform is intended as a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are strongly encouraged to make use of the tools and resources available.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account via the Platform's account settings panel.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of elapsed gaming time at intervals of their choosing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 62hot.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 62hot's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

62hot collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, KTP details, and payment method information — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations. 62hot does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. 62hot conducts regular security audits of its data infrastructure to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Player information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 62hot's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

62hot shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from the Player's inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a Player's own breach of these Terms, including losses arising from compromised Account credentials.
• Any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising.

Force Majeure. 62hot shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond 62hot's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattacks on the Platform's infrastructure.

Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 62hot support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must either be completed or waived (resulting in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds). Your real-money Balance will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing timelines.

Suspension or Termination by 62hot. 62hot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or any other prohibited conduct described in Clause 6.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A Player being found to be under the age of 21 at any point.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player or their payment provider without a valid basis.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including the operation of a commercial betting syndicate.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 62hot will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 calendar days and communicate its findings to the Player via the registered contact details.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 62hot is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them.

Any dispute between 62hot and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

62hot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 62hot will provide notice via the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 11.
